Each GroupMind Express client has an individual instance of the GroupMind Platform with individual user authentication. SSL, Personal Certificates, IP Filtering, session time limitation can all be invoked.
Only GroupMind Express Employees have access to servers. All employees are under non-disclosure agreements. Servers housed in hardened secure facilities. Back up performed hourly.

GroupMail
|
Group or individual e-mail is sent to participants and or sub sets of participants who have permissions for a particular area. A link to the page can be included in the e-mail with just one click. Each e-mail is sent individually with an auto copy to the sender.
GroupMail also can create Listserv mail groups, creating ongoing community message forums. When a member replies to such a message from their desktop, the reply is automatically sent to the entire list. An archive of messages is kept on the mail server.

Solves the problem of how to easily notify participants of new information or requests. Includes a link to the page you are sending an email about. Provides the ability to set up an email connected community.

Participants can add items, on a one-time or recurring basis. Choose whether to automatically notify all members of the new item. View options include month, week or day, team, activity, etc.
