| GroupMail |
Group or individual e-mail is sent to participants and or sub sets of participants who have permissions for a particular area. A link to the page can be included in the e-mail with just one click. Each e-mail is sent individually with an auto copy to the sender.
GroupMail also can create Listserv mail groups, creating ongoing community message forums. When a member replies to such a message from their desktop, the reply is automatically sent to the entire list. An archive of messages is kept on the mail server. |
