 Export – Import Consolidates results in a spreadsheet file for off-line storage or analysis. Survey and Matrix maintain structure and labels. Matrix data sheet can be edited and re-imported. Easily import and export data from or to your collaboration platform. Import participants into the database or to do further analysis of surveys and assessments.
 
 
 Reports Reports user activity by site area or individual tool. Can show discrete access by 24 hr periods, and by amount of read/write activity. Can show number of contacts by individual participant. Provides site owner with detail of usage patterns and tracking of individual access.
 
 
 Anonymity Allows leader to choose if comments entered will be 'signed' or anonymous. Removing power structures from issue or strategy discussions often leads to more honest and in depth discussions.
 
 
 Multi user entry More than one participant can enter data from the same computer. Used in same-time same-place meetings so that participants can share computers, yet enter discrete votes or survey responses. Ideal for same-time same-place meetings by allowing more than one person to vote or enter comments from the same computer.
 
 
 Guided browser
 control
 (Follow Me) 		Participants can assign control of their browser to the Leader, who can navigate to a particular page, then bring all linked members to that page. Participants see, in their own browsers, the same page as the leader changes pages.
 
 
 Custom colors
 and Logo 		Site administrator can select from a variety of accent and color backgrounds, or can enter custom color codes and can upload a custom logo into the navigation bar, to show each page with the organization's brand. Allows you to customize your GroupMind site to match your organization's website or intranet.
 
     

Accessibility

        
            GroupMind Express is accessible from a browser. No client software or plug-in is needed, unless document and desktop sharing is invoked.
  • Windows or Macintosh compatible
  • IE 6, Firefox or Netscape 7 to use all features (Safari on Mac also)
     
     

Security

        
            We have taken great care to insure the integrity of each client's data. Information about our security measures:
  • Servers reside in a secure, hardened, and locked facility in San Jose and Fremont, California and are connected to a major spine of the Internet.
  • Each client has an individual instance of GroupMind Express.
  • Individual username and password authentication.
  • Access to each client's site can be direct or permissions controlled.
  • GroupMind employees do all maintenance and backup under non-disclosure agreements.
  • Backup is performed hourly.
  • Optional security features: Personal Certificates, IP Filtering, Session time limitation, SSL
