Collaboration flexibility. GroupMind is made up of a set of online interactive tools. You put these together in steps to support a variety of processes.
All tools toggle between a Contribute page for individual input and the GroupMind page for reviewing the combined group results. Text input can be either anonymous or auto-signed. Voting is anonymous.

Simple setup. Use templates to set up a Meeting, a decision process, a Workspace, a Survey. Or add individual tools and arrange them in the order you wish. Setup pages are simply laid out. Switches are set by default but give you many flexible options.

Work steps. GroupMind lets you move data from one tool to another... so your group can brainstorm a list of possible solutions, then move right into a ranking step where you vote on the top issues. Then move these key priorities into an action list for follow up.
