  use of templates

GroupMind Provides you with templates, so that you can start to work right away. You can always edit these, or add a specific tool to an exisiting template. There are pre-set templates for many purposes, for example:

  • online meeting
  • action list
  • brainstorm and prioritize issues
  • forcefield analysis
  • surveys
    • team development assessment
    • organizational assessment (Baldridge)
    • post-meeting feedback
  • Example screen shots

    Create Your Own Templates :
Once you have a meeting set up, you can use the Duplicate function (at any time) to make a copy of that entire process, without the content that members have added . Just with the click of a button.

    Rich Text Editor :
All tools have an Introduction area, in which you can write ideas, create links to other pages, insert pictures, etc. Using the Editor, you can format this into an entire web page if you want. For instance, the meeting folder comes with a title and an agenda already set up. all you have to do is edit the date and the subject. Links are already set up to the main meeting steps: sign-in, presentation, questions, feedback.
ve held multiple face-to-face meetings, in which they use GroupMind to build a sense of two-way partnership and closer alignment between company leadership and key stakeholders who are critical to the success of their enterprise.
These meetings involve a large group (usually from 50 - 300) to discuss their key issues at their tables and enter these into their GroupMind computer. Each individual then votes for their top choices from the combined list of critical challenges; results are viewed on a large screen and summarized by an executive.

One Click: an entire online Workspace:
There is a template that sets up a workspace, with a home page 'team website' with spaces for the overall charter, current announcements and links to key areas, such as Dashboard, Libraries, Calendar, and Discussions. There are even sub-team work areas you can use.

The Dashboard is already linked from each major objective to an action lists where members can begin to lay out their tasks. The progress from these sub-actions will roll up to an overall progress bar for that objective on the dashboard page. Each action list has a built-in team discussion.

You can customize any of this with just a few clicks.
